In the first half of 2025, relying on its profound accumulation and innovative spirit in equipment R&D, Guangzhou Nanya successfully completed the R&D of a custom-made F-6000 integrated machine (for film coating, edge trimming, conveying, and stacking) for a long-term Thai customer. This equipment has now been officially completed and delivered. The F-6000 integrated machine, developed to meet the specific production needs of this long-term Thai customer, integrates a number of advanced technologies and brings revolutionary optimization to the customer's production process. The machine adopts servo drive, which ensures the accuracy and stability of equipment operation and enables it to adapt to high-intensity and high-precision production tasks. Its maximum working pressure reaches 100 tons, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of different complex products.

In terms of control, the F-6000 integrated machine adopts PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) + touchscreen control throughout the entire process. This intelligent control method makes operation extremely simple. Operators only need to input commands through the touchscreen to quickly adjust and monitor the equipment's operating parameters. At the same time, the PLC system can provide real-time feedback on the equipment's operating status and conduct fault diagnosis, which greatly improves the efficiency of equipment maintenance and reduces downtime caused by equipment failures.
